Abu Dhabi Cycling Club Unveils Vibrant New Season Starting October
The prestigious cycling organisation announces an ambitious calendar of races and community events designed to engage enthusiasts of all abilities across the emirate.
Abu Dhabi Cycling Club has unveiled an exciting new season commencing in October, presenting an extensive programme of competitive races and community-focused events throughout the year. The calendar reflects the club’s commitment to nurturing cycling excellence whilst fostering broader engagement across the UAE’s sporting landscape.
The centrepiece of the season comprises the Falcon Daman Series, a six-race championship beginning on 6 October and concluding on 2 March. Complementing this, the Falcon Daman Al Ain Series will launch on 12 November, offering three additional races with the final event scheduled for 11 March.
Among the season’s most distinguished fixtures are the Qasr Al Sarab Climb, Daman Liwa Race, National Day Celebration, Daman Al Ain Fondo Race, Khalifa University Challenge, and Hafeet Sports Challenge. These events are strategically distributed across prominent locations throughout Abu Dhabi, affording competitors diverse terrain and venues for showcasing their capabilities.
Al Nukhaira Al Khaili, Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Cycling Club, articulated the organisation’s vision, emphasising that the forthcoming season builds upon established successes whilst maintaining the club’s dedication to advancing cycling development and deepening community engagement. The comprehensive schedule deliberately accommodates participants spanning different age groups and proficiency levels, ensuring accessibility for both experienced cyclists and those newly embracing the sport.

By establishing competitions at various difficulty levels, the club creates meaningful pathways for personal development and sporting achievement.
