Meraas Awards Nearly AED1 Billion Contract for Nad Al Sheba Gardens Expansion
Dubai's premier developer Meraas has commissioned GCC Contracting to construct 272 residences across Phase 7 of the thriving Nad Al Sheba Gardens community, reinforcing confidence in Dubai's real estate sector.
Meraas, a constituent of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has entrusted GCC Contracting with a contract worth approximately AED1 billion for the development of Phase 7 at Nad Al Sheba Gardens. The ambitious project encompasses 272 residential units, comprising 130 villas ranging from four to seven bedrooms and 142 townhouses with three bedrooms, together with complementary pool houses, essential services and supporting infrastructure.
Construction activities have already commenced on site, with the development anticipated to reach completion during the second quarter of 2028. The undertaking represents a substantial investment in Dubai’s residential landscape and demonstrates continued market vitality.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, highlighted the significance of this expansion, noting that it exemplifies the resilience and attractiveness of Dubai’s property market.
