Ajman Port and Customs Department has attained ISO 56001:2024 certification for its innovation management system, awarded by Global Business Bureau Certification (GBBC). This recognition reflects the Department’s steadfast dedication to embracing international best practices and fostering a culture of institutional excellence across its operations.

The certification validates the Department’s comprehensive approach to innovation management, encompassing enhanced service delivery, improved operational efficiency, and the cultivation of a workplace environment that nurtures creative thinking and forward-looking solutions.

Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Ajman Port and Customs Department, described the achievement as a significant milestone in the establishment of an integrated innovation management system within the organisation.
