His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, has reviewed a portfolio of forthcoming developments in Al Zorah, examining real estate initiatives, infrastructure enhancements and complementary services that will consolidate the area’s standing as a comprehensive urban, investment and tourism hub within the emirate.
During the inspection, H.H. Sheikh Ammar received a comprehensive presentation from Al Zorah Development Company detailing its strategic development programmes for the region. Central to these plans is the creation of a sophisticated mixed-use waterfront destination incorporating residential, commercial, leisure and tourism components. This integrated approach reflects a commitment to elevating quality of life whilst cultivating an inviting landscape for residents, business enterprises and international visitors, consistent with the aspirations articulated in Ajman Vision 2030.
Accompanied by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department; Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality & Planning Department; Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi, Member of the Ajman Executive Council; and Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Digital Department, the Crown Prince was acquainted with the sophisticated components of these prospective undertakings and the calibre of residential options and lifestyle amenities they will deliver.
