Ajman Chamber unveils redesigned digital platform to enhance business connectivity

The Chamber's newly launched website sets a refined standard for digital engagement, offering streamlined access to investment opportunities and services for the broader business community.

Ajman Chamber has unveiled a comprehensively redesigned website, marking a significant advancement in its commitment to digital excellence and customer-centred service delivery. The launch, held at the Thara Entrepreneurship Centre, was conducted by Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, in the presence of Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and members of the Board.

The newly engineered platform represents a substantial enhancement in how the Chamber engages with its diverse stakeholder community. Designed as an integrated digital ecosystem, the website facilitates seamless interaction between Chamber members, the business community, investors and exporters, consolidating access to e-services, investment opportunities, economic reports, initiatives and forthcoming events across multiple devices.

Strategic Digital Infrastructure

The redesign reflects a sophisticated approach to user experience, incorporating re-engineered interface design, flexible digital infrastructure for content and service management, and enhanced search capabilities. A notable feature is the deployment of an intelligent assistant technology, enabling users to navigate services and information with greater speed and interactivity.

Al Muwaiji emphasised that the website’s development represents the Chamber’s dedication to supporting Ajman’s broader economic vision. The platform underscores the Emirate’s strategic direction toward cultivating a more competitive and sustainable economic landscape, positioning digital accessibility and streamlined service delivery as cornerstones of business development.

Fatima Abdulrazzaq Al-Awadhi, Director of the Information Technology Department, outlined the qualitative enhancements underpinning the new platform. The improvements encompassed comprehensive re-engineering of user experience design, establishing flexible systems for content and service management, and refining information access and search functionality to ensure optimal digital accessibility.

This digital transformation reflects broader regional efforts to enhance business infrastructure and establish Ajman as a progressive destination for entrepreneurship and investment, whilst maintaining the Chamber’s role as a central facilitator of economic growth and commercial excellence.
