UAE and Montenegro Forge Deeper Judicial Ties
The Federal Supreme Court welcomes a high-level Montenegrin delegation to discuss modernisation of legal systems and enhance bilateral cooperation on the international stage.
Abu Dhabi has hosted a significant diplomatic exchange as the Federal Supreme Court received a judicial delegation from Montenegro, led by Valentina Pavličić, President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro. The visit coincided with the 15th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, positioning both nations within a broader international dialogue on justice reform.
Mohamed Hamad Al Badi Al Dhaheri, President of the Federal Supreme Court, welcomed the delegation alongside senior judges and administrative officials. The meeting provided an opportunity to showcase the UAE’s progressive approach to judicial modernisation, with particular emphasis on the nation’s transformation towards a sophisticated smart judicial system.
Al Dhaheri outlined the initiatives undertaken by the Federal Supreme Court to enhance access to justice, explaining how technological advancement and procedural refinement have streamlined litigation processes.
