Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Reconstitutes Dubai’s Supreme Fiscal Committee

His Highness the Ruler of Dubai has issued a new decree establishing the membership and leadership of the emirate's principal fiscal oversight body.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, has issued Decree No. 24 of 2026 concerning the reconstitution of Dubai’s Supreme Fiscal Committee, affirming the emirate’s commitment to robust financial governance and strategic oversight.
The Committee, which plays a central role in fiscal policy and financial management within the emirate, will be chaired by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. The appointment underscores the significance placed upon the body’s mandate in supporting Dubai’s continued economic development and prudent stewardship of public resources.
Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh has been designated as Vice Chairman, whilst the Committee’s membership comprises Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer and Essa Abdulfattah Kazim. This carefully selected composition brings together expertise and experience essential to the Committee’s oversight functions.
The reconstitution of the Supreme Fiscal Committee reflects the ongoing refinement of Dubai’s institutional frameworks, ensuring that the emirate maintains the highest standards of financial administration.
