Senior Dubai Leader Celebrates Saudi Arabia’s National Day

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended a reception at the Saudi Arabian Consulate General to mark the Kingdom's 96th National Day, extending felicitations to the Saudi leadership and people.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended a reception hosted by the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Dubai to commemorate the Kingdom’s 96th National Day. The distinguished gathering took place at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, reflecting the strong diplomatic ties between the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Upon arrival, His Highness was received by Dr. Meshal bin Ahmed Al Ghamdi, Consul General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, alongside ministers and senior government officials. The occasion provided an opportunity to reaffirm the enduring bonds between the two Gulf nations.
In remarks befitting the significance of the celebration, His Highness conveyed his sincere congratulations to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He extended warm wishes to the Saudi people, expressing confidence in the Kingdom’s continued trajectory of advancement and prosperity.
The formal programme included the playing of both the UAE and Saudi Arabian national anthems, a ceremonial welcome address honouring His Highness, and the presentation of an official commemorative video. The reception concluded with a formal photograph featuring His Highness, the Saudi Consul General and other distinguished guests, capturing the diplomatic significance of the occasion and the strong friendship between the neighbouring states.
