Hamid Al Zaabi, Secretary-General and Vice Chairman of the UAE National Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Illegal Organisations Committee (NAMLCFTC), emphasised the congress as a vital platform for strengthening international cooperation.
