Abu Dhabi Opens Digital Gateway to Government Investment Opportunities

Abu Dhabi Opens Digital Gateway to Government Investment Opportunities

The Department of Municipalities and Transport has unveiled an AI-powered portal enabling investors to navigate government-owned assets across the emirate through a transparent, streamlined framework integrated into the TAMM platform.

The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) has launched the Government Assets Investment Opportunities Portal at the Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX 2026), introducing a transformative digital interface designed to connect private sector expertise with Abu Dhabi’s strategic development priorities.

Accessible through TAMM, the platform consolidates opportunities spanning government land and built assets whilst guiding investors through discovery, expressions of interest, bidding, selection, award and contracting stages within a cohesive, transparent framework.

Personalised Investment Discovery

The portal employs artificial intelligence to tailor recommendations according to individual investor profiles, interests and preferences. Location-based insights complement these capabilities, presenting comprehensive detail on asset surroundings—including proximity to parks, public facilities, transport connections and amenities—to inform strategic investment decisions.

Standardised, Predictable Terms

Developed in close coordination with relevant stakeholders, the initiative establishes consistency across the investment process through defined participation requirements, standardised contractual templates, and clear land-pricing mechanisms. Musataha and lease arrangements are structured to bring regulatory clarity and participant confidence to transactions aligned with Abu Dhabi’s long-term development vision.

His Excellency Nasser Saleh Farah, Director General of Financial Affairs at the DMT, observed: “As we welcome investors to LIVEX, we are proud to launch the Government Assets Investment Opportunities portal, creating a clear pathway to explore competitive real estate investment opportunities across the emirate. This portal marks an important advancement in how government land and built assets are presented and taken forward. It establishes a single, transparent and digitally enabled process for engaging with opportunities aligned with Abu Dhabi’s long-term development priorities.”

He continued: “By bringing together regulatory clarity, standardised frameworks, and a seamless digital experience, the initiative creates clearer conditions for participation in projects that generate sustained value. It reflects a strategic approach to government real estate, recognising land and built assets as enablers of economic activity, urban development, liveability, and quality of life.”

Supporting Economic Diversification

The launch reinforces Abu Dhabi’s established commitment to fostering an investment environment characterised by clear direction, effective governance and investor confidence. It advances the emirate’s strategic focus on economic diversification whilst strengthening connections between development priorities and private sector capabilities.

LIVEX 2026, operating until 1 October, convenes government leaders, developers and international expertise across six thematic pillars shaping Abu Dhabi’s trajectory: liveability, culture, education, economy, energy and health.
