Agthia Academy Completes Inaugural International Training Programme

Agthia Academy, part of Agthia Group and powered by Bühler, has concluded its inaugural international training programme, a significant step in developing the skilled workforce within the emirate’s food production sector.

The comprehensive initiative equipped Emirati entrepreneurs and food science students with practical expertise across milling, baking and food production. The programme drew on the distinctive advantage of dual location training, with participants engaging in hands-on instruction both in Abu Dhabi and Switzerland, ensuring exposure to world-class technical knowledge and local application.

By combining theoretical foundation with practical experience, the academy’s approach addresses a strategic need within the region’s food industry, fostering the next generation of skilled professionals capable of driving innovation and enterprise within the sector. The completion of this first edition marks a meaningful contribution to building local capability in a field essential to the emirate’s economic and food security objectives.
