Ajman Government Unveils AI-Powered Services Reshaping Public Administration

The emirate demonstrates its commitment to digital innovation at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, presenting a unified vision of intelligent, proactive government services that anticipate citizen needs without requiring complex procedures
Ajman Government has unveiled a transformative suite of artificial intelligence-powered services at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, establishing new benchmarks for seamless public administration. The integrated government showcase, presented through a unified pavilion at ADNEC Abu Dhabi on 6th and 7th October, represents a significant advancement in the emirate’s digital governance strategy.
The centrepiece of this initiative is the “No-Interface Government Services” ecosystem, developed by Ajman Digital Department. This pioneering approach fundamentally reimagines how citizens interact with government, enabling residents to simply articulate their needs whilst intelligent assistants complete procedures autonomously. Citizens no longer navigate between platforms or complete lengthy forms—systems coordinate seamlessly in the background to deliver integrated solutions.
Dr Ahood Ali Al Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, emphasised the philosophical shift underlying this transformation: “Agentic AI places artificial intelligence at the service of people. Today we present a model of services that complete transactions without requiring customers to search for procedures or move between channels.” This represents a fundamental evolution from reactive to anticipatory governance, consolidating Ajman’s leadership in digital transformation whilst supporting Ajman Vision 2030 objectives.
The emirate’s participating entities showcase diverse applications of this technology. Ajman Municipality & Planning Department unveiled an Agentic AI-powered Commercial Contract Renewal Service, streamlining procedures through intelligent automation. Ajman Department of Economic Development presented its Business Licence Renewal Service, enabling entrepreneurs to complete essential administrative tasks with minimal effort, thereby strengthening the emirate’s competitive business environment.
Ajman Department of Finance introduced the Smart Financial Advisor, an AI-based solution providing government employees and specialists with rapid, reliable access to financial information, legislation and critical documents. Director-General Marwan Ahmed Al Ali described this as a strategic enabler that enhances decision-making accuracy and accelerates financial operations across government entities.
Most notably, Ajman Free Zones Authority launched the “OneClick Smart Assistant for Business Setup and Instant Licence Issuance” during the exhibition. This comprehensive solution guides investors through the entire establishment process—from business concept evaluation through regulatory compliance, document processing, electronic signatures and payment, culminating in immediate licence issuance—within a single intelligent conversation.
Obaid Al Matrooshi, Acting Director General of Ajman Free Zones Authority, highlighted the economic significance: “Artificial intelligence drives economic growth by empowering businesses to transform potential into competitive innovations and investments.”
These initiatives collectively reflect Ajman Government’s unified direction towards services that are fundamentally more proactive, integrated and citizen-centric. By placing advanced technology in service of human needs rather than requiring citizens to adapt to administrative systems, the emirate demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of effective governance in an increasingly digital world.
