Ajman Streamlines Document Attestation Through Unified Digital Initiative

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber, and Ajman Department of Finance have launched an integrated attestation package that dramatically reduces bureaucratic procedures and exemplifies the UAE's commitment to efficient, customer-centric governance.

A landmark collaboration between three principal government entities has delivered a transformative service innovation designed to enhance Ajman’s administrative landscape. The Unified Attestation Package, activated at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship, consolidates document issuance and attestation procedures through a seamlessly integrated digital framework.

The initiative represents a substantial advancement in operational efficiency. Where previously the attestation process required six distinct procedures spanning fifteen individual steps, the unified system now accomplishes the same outcome through three procedures and three steps, executed within minutes via a single digital window. This transformation exemplifies the principles underpinning the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme.

Sheikha Hissa bint Sultan Al Nahyan, Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, underscored the strategic significance of enhanced integration between federal and local authorities. She emphasised that such coordination directly translates to streamlined government services, whilst digital platforms substantially reduce both time and effort for service users. The Assistant Undersecretary highlighted how the initiative aligns with “We the UAE 2031” objectives, reinforcing the nation’s global leadership in government service delivery through people-centric design principles.

Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Ajman Chamber, characterised the package as a tangible demonstration of government integration and operational excellence. He noted that the achievement reflects collaborative institutional design informed by customer feedback and frontline insights, ensuring procedures respond meaningfully to business community requirements. The initiative, he affirmed, represents measurable progress toward Ajman Vision 2030 whilst advancing broader national goals.

Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Finance, emphasised the role of data-driven digital solutions in delivering faster, more seamless services. He highlighted how electronic integration and advanced payment systems contribute to a connected government ecosystem that prioritises security, accessibility, and responsiveness to customer needs.

The activation ceremony brought together representatives from federal and local government entities, chambers of commerce, and digital innovation departments. The presentation of institutional agreements and commemorative documentation formalised the collaborative partnerships essential to the package’s successful delivery.
