Alef Group Unveils Seef Residences, a Waterfront Peninsula Development in Al Khan
The AED1.2 billion residential destination has attracted extraordinary market enthusiasm, with expressions of interest surpassing 150 percent of available units within the first hour of its official launch.
Sharjah-based developer Alef Group has unveiled Seef Residences, an exceptionally positioned waterfront residential destination set across a peninsula in Al Khan, Sharjah. The announcement of this AED1.2 billion development generated considerable market response, with expressions of interest equivalent to 150 percent of the project’s 862 residential units registered during its official launch on 20 October at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, which attracted over 2,000 attendees.
Set across approximately 30,287 square metres of land at the gateway to Al Mamzar Lake, Al Khan Lagoon and the Arabian Gulf, Seef Residences presents an exceptional waterfront setting. The development encompasses approximately 100 metres of direct beach frontage, 150 metres of canal waterfront and 125 metres along Al Khan Lagoon, offering residents and visitors alike an immersive coastal experience. Three of the five residential buildings directly front the beach, whilst two are positioned above a three-level podium, creating a cascading architectural composition.
The residential offering comprises one, two, three and four-bedroom residences alongside a curated collection of penthouses, each thoughtfully designed with hospitality-inspired interiors and spacious layouts that reflect contemporary coastal architecture drawing upon Sharjah’s architectural heritage. Al Khan itself recorded 1,581 sales transactions worth approximately AED2 billion during this period, positioning it among the emirate’s most active areas. Seef Residences is anticipated to reach completion on 30 September 2030.
