Avantguard Holding and Integrated Transport Centre forge partnership for autonomous mobility advancement

A significant partnership has emerged between Avantguard Holding, an EDGE Group entity, and the Integrated Transport Centre, an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, to advance the emirate’s capabilities in smart mobility infrastructure.
The Memorandum of Understanding was formalised by Dr Abdulla Hamad AlGhfeli, Director-General of the Integrated Transport Centre, and Hanadi bin Darwish, Chief Executive Officer of Avantguard, during proceedings at the Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX 2026) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
Through this alliance, the partners will leverage high-precision positioning services and sophisticated navigation technologies to establish high-definition digital mapping capabilities. The collaborative framework encompasses several dimensions of contemporary transport evolution, including the development of infrastructure to support autonomous vehicles, enhancement of fleet management systems and the fortification of smart mobility frameworks across the emirate.
