BEEAH Launches Third Edition of Future Leadership Programme with Enhanced Coaching

A cohort of 22 executives from BEEAH and leading UAE organisations embarks on a transformative 10-month development journey designed to cultivate next-generation business leaders.
BEEAH has unveiled the third iteration of its acclaimed Future Leadership Programme, welcoming 22 executives into an intensive developmental experience spanning ten months. The cohort comprises nine mid-level leaders from within BEEAH alongside 13 participants from external organisations, reflecting the programme’s expanded reach across the UAE’s business ecosystem.
The external participants, representing nearly 60 percent of this year’s intake, bring expertise from aviation, logistics, technology and innovation, tourism, and financial services. This deliberate cross-sector composition facilitates valuable knowledge exchange and encourages participants to examine leadership challenges through diverse organisational lenses.
Khaled Al Huraimel, Group Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, emphasised the strategic importance of executive development. “At BEEAH, we have always believed that the strength of an organisation lies in the resilience of its leaders,” Mr Al Huraimel observed. “By learning alongside peers from diverse sectors and backgrounds, participants can gain broader perspectives about what it takes to lead with resilience in a rapidly evolving economy.”
Developed in partnership with Emeritus, the programme features a comprehensive ten-module curriculum addressing critical dimensions of contemporary business leadership. Participants will develop proficiency across strategic execution, financial literacy, design thinking, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence applications.
A significant enhancement for this edition introduces one-on-one coaching sessions, complementing classroom instruction with personalised development pathways tailored to individual aspirations and professional requirements.
The learning experience adopts a blended methodology, integrating in-person sessions with self-paced online courses accredited by prestigious international institutions including Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. Industry site visits provide practical exposure to how leading UAE entities deploy technology and digital transformation strategies.
Hind Al Huwaidi, Chief Executive Development Officer of BEEAH, highlighted the programme’s evolving impact. “The Future Leadership Programme has grown into a platform where high-potential talent can learn, reflect, and apply new skills in a practical setting,” Ms Al Huwaidi stated. “This edition is especially meaningful because it blends the learnings of employees from BEEAH and some of the leading organisations in the UAE, creating a more dynamic learning environment shaped by different experiences.”
The programme concludes with a capstone project, requiring participants to identify and address genuine organisational challenges through applied problem-solving, ensuring knowledge transfer extends beyond the classroom into measurable business impact.
