Crown Prince Khaled bin Mohamed Receives Chief Justice of ADGM Courts
H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan meets with Lord Patrick Hodge to discuss technological advancement and regulatory excellence in Abu Dhabi's premier financial free zone.
H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has received The Right Honourable Lord Patrick Hodge, Chief Justice of ADGM Courts, in a meeting focused on advancing Abu Dhabi’s judicial excellence and financial sector capabilities.
ADGM Courts oversee the financial free zone established across Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands, exercising jurisdiction over civil, commercial and employment disputes. The judicial body plays a pivotal role in supporting Abu Dhabi’s standing as a leading international financial and business centre.
During the audience, H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed emphasised the Crown’s commitment to embedding cutting-edge technological solutions within ADGM Courts’ judicial infrastructure. Such advancement, he noted, would enhance both the efficiency and effectiveness of the courts’ operations, ensuring swift and reliable dispute resolution for the international business community.
