The UAE's integrated mobility solutions provider has delivered a significant uplift in profitability, with net earnings nearly doubling year on year, reflecting sustained demand from corporate and government clients.
EasyLease PJSC, the UAE’s principal provider of integrated mobility solutions and a subsidiary of IHC, has reported a remarkable surge in financial performance for the first nine months of 2026. Net profit climbed 89 percent year on year to AED90.2 million, while revenue expanded by 16.9 percent to reach AED603.5 million, demonstrating the company’s capacity to generate substantial gains from its expanded operational base.
The expansion extended across all major financial metrics. Gross profit increased 28.9 percent to AED172.0 million, whilst operating profit rose 46.3 percent to AED91.9 million. EBITDA grew by 56.2 percent to AED198.3 million, underscoring a period of sustained improvement in profitability and operational efficiency.
The strength in mobility leasing has been driven by a larger deployed fleet meeting sustained demand from delivery platforms, corporate customers and government entities. The logistics division has equally delivered strong growth, with recently added capacity now coming into productive use. This expansion is supported by increased activity across land transport and yard storage services, demonstrating the breadth of services now available to clients across the emirate and beyond.
Ahmad Al Sadah, Chief Executive Officer of EasyLease, reflected on the achievement: “We have spent the last few years building scale across EasyLease, and we are now seeing the value of that scale coming through. The fleet, logistics capacity and technology we have invested in are supporting a larger business without requiring the cost base to grow at the same pace.”
He continued: “In logistics, we are bringing recently added capacity into use and expanding the services we provide around it, while in mobility we see further opportunities as the UAE’s passenger transport network develops. Our focus is on capturing that growth while continuing to improve how efficiently we operate.”
What it means for Abu Dhabi
EasyLease’s exceptional performance reflects the strength of the emirate’s economic fundamentals and the robust demand from both private enterprises and government institutions for sophisticated mobility and logistics solutions. The company’s ability to deliver such significant growth whilst maintaining operational efficiency speaks to the quality of its investment strategy and the strategic positioning of the UAE as a regional hub for integrated transportation services.
The results also demonstrate the broader success of entities within the IHC ecosystem. As the UAE Cabinet has approved an enhanced federal budget for 2027 to 2029 that supports continued investment in critical sectors, companies such as EasyLease are well positioned to capitalise on anticipated opportunities within transportation and supply chain management as the emirate’s economy continues to mature.
