The official site highlights classics such as sole meunière, while the Louvre notes a menu created in collaboration with Pierre Gagnaire that balances Fouquet’s signatures with contemporary and international touches. Michelin continues to select the restaurant in its 2026 Abu Dhabi guide, describing a menu that can move from glazed duck breast and chicken supreme to crêpes Suzette. A January 2026 What’s On review adds more current colour, singling out marinated prawns, wagyu carpaccio, beef bourguignon, truffle rigatoni and tiramisu. That breadth works here because the restaurant is designed for both museum lunches and slower evening dinners.
