Khalifa Fund Advances Al Ain’s Entrepreneurial Vision at Future Business Forum
The enterprise development institution showcases integrated support ecosystem and announces strategic partnership to strengthen entrepreneurship across the emirate
Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development is reinforcing its commitment to fostering entrepreneurial excellence in Al Ain by participating in the Al Ain Future Business Forum 2026, held at ADNEC Centre Al Ain on 23rd and 24th September under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region.
The institution’s involvement underscores its broader mission to cultivate a thriving ecosystem for Emirati enterprises across Abu Dhabi, combining capability development, specialised advisory services, financing solutions and strategic alliances. This multifaceted approach acknowledges that entrepreneurs require different forms of support depending on their development stage, from nascent ventures to expanding operations seeking new markets.
Mouza Obaid Al Nasri, CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, emphasised the organisation’s dedication to the region: “Al Ain plays a central role in Khalifa Fund’s efforts to expand the impact of entrepreneurship across Abu Dhabi. A cornerstone of the Fund’s presence at the Forum is MZN Hub Al Ain, a dedicated initiative providing comprehensive support infrastructure. The hub offers co-working facilities, business accelerators, innovation laboratories, a podcast studio and a Technology Transfer Office focused on advancing research, development and intellectual property. Through its carefully curated programmes and networking events, the hub nurtures entrepreneurial capabilities whilst fostering knowledge exchange within the business community.
The Forum itself convenes entrepreneurs, investors and sector representatives to examine contemporary opportunities and challenges in enterprise development, strengthening collaboration across the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem. Khalifa Fund’s participation in these discussions reflects its active engagement with stakeholders across government, private sector and academic institutions.
A significant development during the Forum is Khalifa Fund’s signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirates Businesswomen Council, designed to enhance support for women entrepreneurs and accelerate their capability development. This partnership amplifies opportunities for female business leaders and strengthens their integration within the entrepreneurship ecosystem, supporting their enterprises’ expansion and competitiveness.
