One account also notes salt-baked sea bass being carved at the table, suggesting that the experience is not restricted to red meat. This is therefore better understood as a contemporary grill restaurant with Turkish roots than as a conventional Turkish menu of mezze and kebabs. The distinction matters for expectations: go for a composed evening meal and service theatre, not because you are searching for a neighbourhood-style Turkish feast.
