Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Receives Security and Emergency Services Delegation

Al Ain's Ruler's Representative meets with senior officials from police, civil defence and emergency management to review regional safety initiatives and preparedness frameworks.
His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region, has received a high-level delegation from Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority, and the Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Centre – Abu Dhabi on 2nd October, 2026.
During the meeting, His Highness was presented with findings from the half-year performance report for 2026, which encompasses detailed performance indicators relating to field inspection campaigns throughout Al Ain’s industrial zones. Spearheaded by Abu Dhabi Police alongside 14 collaborative partner entities, these campaigns are designed to guarantee adherence to existing legislation and regulations, minimise security, labour, environmental, commercial and health violations, and establish a secure and sustainable commercial environment that reinforces the region’s economic competitiveness.
The delegation also briefed His Highness on strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening emergency, crisis and disaster preparedness capabilities. These efforts form part of the ongoing commitment to embrace international best practices, enhance institutional response systems, and safeguard business continuity alongside service sustainability across all operational scenarios.
Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan commended the collaborative achievements of security and civilian institutions in fortifying safety and stability whilst supporting the United Arab Emirates’ holistic development agenda. He emphasised the critical importance of unified coordination across all relevant entities and stakeholders to attain the highest benchmarks of quality and operational readiness as integral elements of a forward-thinking security infrastructure.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Undersecretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Ain Region; Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaitoon Al Muhairi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police; Major General Salem Abdullah bin Barrak Al Dhaheri, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority; Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director-General of the Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Centre – Abu Dhabi; and Rashed Musabbeh Al Manei, Director-General of Al Ain City Municipality.
