Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Inaugurates 15 New Judicial Inspectors in Dubai
His Highness presides over swearing-in ceremony, emphasising the vital role of judicial inspection in strengthening Dubai's judicial system and reinforcing its global standing for excellence.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of 15 newly appointed judicial inspectors in Dubai on 1st October, 2026.
The distinguished gathering included H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister, alongside senior judicial figures including Chancellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai, and Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts.
Addressing the newly appointed inspectors, His Highness extended his wishes for their success in their forthcoming roles. He underscored the fundamental importance of judicial inspection in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Dubai’s judicial system, whilst championing the enduring principles of integrity, impartiality and the rule of law.
His Highness further emphasised that the continued development of Dubai’s judicial infrastructure represents an essential foundation for the emirate’s future prosperity. By safeguarding citizens’ rights, upholding justice and maintaining adherence to the rule of law, Dubai reinforces its distinguished position as a global exemplar of judicial excellence and institutional integrity.
The ceremony reflected the UAE’s sustained commitment to strengthening its legal framework and ensuring the highest standards of judicial governance. Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, President of the Court of Cassation, Counsellor Mohammed Mubarak Al Sabousi, Chief of Dubai’s Judicial Inspection Authority, and Dr. Abdullah Saif Al Suboosi, Secretary-General of the Dubai Judicial Council, were among the senior dignitaries present.
