SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi Welcomes Back the Celebrated RIO Brunch Experience
SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi announces the return of its celebrated RIO Brunch, a weekend occasion that seamlessly marries the culinary traditions of three distinct continents. Beginning Saturday, 5th September, the restaurant will welcome guests weekly for a Saturday celebration commencing at 12:30 PM.
The experience draws upon the restaurant’s distinctive fusion philosophy, presenting bold Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian flavours in a setting that captures the effervescent spirit of Rio de Janeiro. The brunch unfolds against the backdrop of the waterfront’s shimmering vistas, whilst live DJ sets and samba dancers animate the atmosphere with rhythm and vitality.
An Immersive Culinary Celebration
The RIO Brunch represents far more than a conventional dining occasion. It is a meticulously curated sensory experience that unites gastronomy with entertainment, creating an environment of infectious energy and refined pleasure. The fusion of three culinary traditions serves as the foundation for an exploration of complementary flavours and cooking techniques, each bringing its own character to the table.
The waterfront location enhances the experience considerably, affording guests panoramic perspectives of Abu Dhabi’s shoreline whilst they indulge in the restaurant’s creations. This marriage of culinary excellence and environmental beauty establishes an altogether distinctive context for weekend dining.
