UAE President appoints Dr Sabaa Salem Al Kaabi as Secretary‑General of Council for Fatwa
President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has issued a Federal Decree appointing Dr Sabaa Salem Al Kaabi as Secretary‑General of the UAE Council for Fatwa. He served as acting secretary‑general and holds a doctorate from MBZ University for Humanities.
