Jordan expressed solidarity with the UAE and offered deepest sympathies after two Ministry of Defence personnel died during a training mission, the Jordanian foreign ministry said.
A military funeral at Zayed Military Hospital honoured Major Abdullah Shams Al Menhaly and Warrant Officer Saeed Abdullah Al Shamsi, martyred during a UAE training mission.
The UAE Ministry of Defence said Major Abdalla Shamis Almenhali and candidate Saeed Abdalla Alshamsi died on 14 September 2026 during a domestic training mission, offering condolences to their families.
