UAE Reaffirms Solidarity with Saudi Arabia Following Regional Security Discussions

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, engaged in a substantive telephone conversation with Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister to discuss matters of mutual concern and regional stability.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, held a telephone call with His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the 13th of October.

During the call, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed unequivocal condemnation of the Houthi group’s attacks directed against civilians and civilian and economic infrastructure within Saudi Arabia. The conversation underscored the profound solidarity of the United Arab Emirates with its sisterly kingdom, alongside steadfast support for all endeavours designed to preserve and fortify Saudi Arabia’s security and stability.

The two ministers engaged in a comprehensive discussion of the prevailing regional developments and collaborative efforts to sustain the security and stability of the region. The exchange reflected the enduring commitment of both nations to fostering peace, security and prosperity throughout the Gulf and broader Middle East.
