The professional cycling team concludes the 2026 UCI WorldTour season in China with a carefully curated roster of elite international riders, marking significant milestones for several members.
UAE Team Emirates-XRG will bring the 2026 UCI WorldTour season to a distinguished close at the Tour of Guangxi, an event that stands as the seventh edition of this prestigious race held across the Chinese region. The team has meticulously assembled a line-up of world-class competitors for what promises to be a captivating conclusion to the cycling calendar.
The roster brings together an impressive constellation of international talent, with Colombian rider Sebastián Molano returning to competitive action following his eight seasons with the team. The accomplished sprinter concludes a remarkable tenure that has yielded twenty victories, marking an exceptional legacy before embarking upon a new chapter in his professional career during the off-season.
The team welcomes the eagerly anticipated return of Spanish cyclist Marc Soler, who has recovered from injury sustained during the Giro d’Italia in May. His reintegration into racing alongside fellow Belgian teammate Florian Vermeersch, who will make his debut in the Tour of Guangxi, reinforces the team’s commitment to nurturing talent across multiple competition formats.
The supporting cast has been assembled with strategic precision. Rui Oliveira will assume the crucial role of lead-out specialist, providing essential support during sprint stages, whilst Jhonatan Narváez, an Ecuadorian rider who achieved an exceptional third-place finish in the previous edition, returns as a formidable force. The line-up is further strengthened by Belgian cyclist Rune Herregodts and Danish competitor Julius Johansen, creating a harmonious blend of experience and emerging prowess.
This carefully orchestrated selection reflects the team’s unwavering dedication to excellence and its sophisticated understanding of the demands that the Tour of Guangxi presents to its participants, ensuring that UAE Team Emirates-XRG concludes the season with distinction and competitive vigour.
