Umm Al Emarat Park Unveils Vibrant New Season of Cultural and Community Experiences

The beloved Abu Dhabi destination launches an enriched calendar of entertainment, wellness initiatives and educational programming, welcoming families and visitors with returning favourites and exciting new collaborations.
Umm Al Emarat Park has unveiled an expansive new season of activities, reinforcing its position as a cultural and community cornerstone within Abu Dhabi. The programme encompasses entertainment, wellness, educational and family experiences, reflecting the park’s commitment to serving the emirate’s diverse populations.
Beginning in October, Cinema in the Park returns with family-friendly screenings every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 21:00, providing an enchanting outdoor entertainment experience. The Park Market, resuming on 23rd October, will operate every Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 22:00 throughout the season, offering curated shopping and dining whilst supporting small and medium enterprises and local businesses in showcasing their merchandise.
The new season prioritises community wellness and preventive health. A public blood donation drive, organised in collaboration with SEHA and Al Rahba Hospital, will take place on 9th October from 16:00 to 21:00. Complementing this initiative, Burjeel Holdings will provide a mammogram truck and complimentary health check-ups on 23rd and 24th October as part of Pinktober 2026, promoting awareness of breast cancer screening and preventive health measures. Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City will further contribute with a community event on 30th October, featuring a mammogram truck, walkathon, giveaways and health-focused activities.
Cultural programming highlights include a three-day Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Pop-Up at Shade House Lawn from 30th October to 1st November, running daily from 11:00 to 20:00. The programme features Emirati artist Mohammed Kazem and his Directions series, presenting talks, workshops and interactive activities exploring his artistic practice, geographical mapping and place perception. A public quiz and giveaways complement the immersive experience.
Education remains paramount to the park’s mission. Schools will participate in tailored programmes focusing on nature, sustainability, Emirati heritage and environmental stewardship, building upon previous seasons’ offerings concerning animal and desert life, ecological systems and the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The returning Animal Barn pop-up will provide interactive animal experiences, feeding sessions, and pony and camel rides for visitors of all ages.
The popular BOUNCE freestyle experience returned on 1st October, welcoming audiences for another season of dynamic entertainment. Throughout October, the park will emphasise values of kindness and giving, creating a supportive environment for community engagement and cultural enrichment.
