The Middle East and North Africa's leading budget carrier returns to the Kerala route this month, reinforcing its commitment to convenient regional connectivity.

Air Arabia has announced the restoration of its daily nonstop service linking Ras Al Khaimah with Kozhikode, the vibrant coastal city in Kerala, India, commencing on 16th October 2026.

The reinstatement of this route underscores Air Arabia’s dedication to enhancing travel accessibility and fostering meaningful connections between communities across its expanding network. As the Middle East and North Africa’s pioneering and largest budget carrier, the airline continues to respond to the growing demand for reliable, value-conscious travel options between the two destinations.

Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, articulated the significance of this development: “We are pleased to resume our direct service between Ras Al Khaimah and Kozhikode, providing our customers with a convenient daily connection between both cities. The resumption of this route reflects our commitment to offering reliable and value-driven travel options that connect communities and support growing travel demand between the two destinations.”

The restoration of the Kozhikode service represents a strategic expansion of Air Arabia’s operations from Ras Al Khaimah, complementing its existing roster of nonstop destinations. The airline currently operates direct services to Cairo, Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar, positioning itself as a comprehensive travel solution for passengers seeking efficient connectivity across key regional hubs.

This development reinforces Ras Al Khaimah’s standing as an increasingly important aviation gateway within the emirate, whilst demonstrating Air Arabia’s commitment to sustaining and growing its presence in the northern regions of the United Arab Emirates.
