Ajman Leadership Reviews Pioneering AI Initiatives at Abu Dhabi Technology Summit

Senior officials inspect the emirate's integrated approach to artificial intelligence and digital government services at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026

Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Ajman Executive Council and Leader of the Ajman Artificial Intelligence Programme, alongside Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Digital Department, visited Ajman Government’s exhibition presence at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, held at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

The emirate’s participation reflects a coordinated effort across five government entities: the Ajman Digital Department, the Department of Economic Development, the Department of Finance, Municipality & Planning Department, and the Free Zones Authority. This unified pavilion demonstrates Ajman’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies whilst advancing its government services ecosystem comprehensively.

Revolutionary Service Delivery Models

During their visit, the officials reviewed an array of innovative projects designed to transform how government interacts with citizens and businesses. A cornerstone initiative, the “No-Interface Services” ecosystem, represents a fundamental shift in government service delivery. Rather than requiring customers to navigate multiple platforms and identify procedural steps, intelligent assistants now complete government procedures proactively on behalf of users, anticipating needs before they arise.

The initiatives showcased encompassed the Commercial Contract Renewal Service presented by the Municipality & Planning Department; the Business Licence Renewal Service from the Department of Economic Development; the Smart Financial Adviser developed by the Department of Finance; and the OneClick Smart Solution for Business Setup and Instant Licence Issuance from the Free Zones Authority.

Integration and Future Vision

These projects collectively exemplify Ajman’s strategic approach to expanding artificial intelligence deployment across government operations. By enhancing interconnectedness and efficiency, the emirate aims to deliver increasingly customer-centric services whilst supporting the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030 to establish an integrated, future-ready digital government.

The officials also undertook a comprehensive tour of exhibition pavilions featuring government institutions and leading technology companies including the Advanced Technology Research Council, Abu Dhabi’s TAMM platform, Mubadala, ElevenLabs, Q Mobility, and Amazon Web Services. This exploration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications, smart mobility solutions and technology infrastructure underscored the importance of knowledge exchange and identifying emerging opportunities that advance the emirate’s government ecosystem.

The visit reinforced Ajman’s dedication to strengthening government integration, accelerating digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing institutional readiness for future technological developments. Through practical applications of artificial intelligence and Agentic AI, the emirate continues demonstrating how advanced technology serves to improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience across all government services.
