The 2026 Russian National Arabian Horse Championship commenced at Maxima Park in the village of Gorki Sukharevsky within the Dmitrovsky District of Moscow Region, marking a noteworthy collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and Russia in honouring one of the world’s most venerable equestrian traditions.

This prestigious gathering assembled approximately thirty thoroughbred Arabian horses, representing the collective excellence of eighteen distinguished owners and studs from across the region. The championship exists as a celebration of Arabian horse breeding, fostering a spirit of cooperative endeavour amongst the international community of breeders and proprietors who dedicate themselves to sustaining this magnificent breed.

Maxima Park stands as one of Russia’s foremost specialised equestrian complexes, its facilities and management having earned recognition through the hosting of numerous domestic and international championships and events throughout the calendar year.
