Abu Dhabi Chamber facilitates transformative international business connections for emirate’s enterprises

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has orchestrated a prestigious Global Executive Connect programme in London, uniting representatives from 11 Abu Dhabi companies with senior decision-makers from across British and international markets to cultivate strategic partnerships and unlock pathways for global expansion.
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has successfully catalysed meaningful international business engagement through its Global Executive Connect programme, a refined initiative conducted in London that brought together 17 representatives from 11 Abu Dhabi companies with senior executives and institutional decision-makers from the British and international business landscape.
The programme facilitated more than 30 carefully tailored business meetings, each designed to respond to the distinct commercial priorities and growth ambitions of participating enterprises. Discussions encompassed international market expansion strategies, commercial and investment partnerships, potential project collaborations, specialised services, and access to emerging technologies and industrial capabilities. The breadth of engagement extended across a distinguished spectrum of sectors, encompassing financial services, investment and asset management, energy, engineering and advanced manufacturing, technology and artificial intelligence, healthcare, real estate and construction, retail, and sports.
The network comprised 44 established British and international organisations, including CMC Markets, the globally recognised financial services group, which administers £46.3 billion in client assets, and Westcore Europe, which manages a European real estate portfolio valued at €750 million. Such institutional calibre underscores the calibre of partnerships facilitated through the programme.
The Abu Dhabi participants encompassed a diverse cross-section of the emirate’s private sector, spanning financial services and fintech, energy and oil and gas, manufacturing and construction, investment and real estate, healthcare, retail and consumer goods, artificial intelligence and smart cities, and sports. This diversity enabled meetings to be structured with precision around the specific commercial opportunities most relevant to each enterprise’s strategic direction.
The initiative reflects a strategic priority for the Abu Dhabi Chamber to translate its international relationships into tangible economic opportunities for the private sector. Ali Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, noted that the Chamber seeks to connect Abu Dhabi companies with institutions and partners capable of supporting their growth, opening new markets, and providing access to expertise beyond existing networks. He emphasised the programme’s role in creating focused commercial discussions that respond directly to companies’ international expansion ambitions.
The programme’s momentum builds upon demonstrable economic momentum between Abu Dhabi and the United Kingdom. The Abu Dhabi Chamber recorded a 45% increase in new membership registrations by British companies during 2025, reflecting growing confidence in the emirate’s business environment and investment prospects. The Chamber has committed to continuing support for opportunities identified through these engagements, with the objective of strengthening the international competitiveness of Abu Dhabi enterprises and reinforcing the emirate’s position as a preeminent global hub for commerce and investment.
