UAE Welcomes South African Ambassador with Commitment to Enhanced Bilateral Relations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has formally received the credentials of Bulelani Gratitude Magwanishe, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to the United Arab Emirates, in a ceremony reflecting the importance both nations place upon their diplomatic relationship.

Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presided over the credentials presentation, extending warm wishes to Ambassador Magwanishe as he embarks upon his role representing South Africa in the Emirates. The occasion provided an opportunity to reaffirm the UAE’s steadfast commitment to broadening cooperation with the Republic of South Africa across multiple sectors of mutual interest and benefit.

In his remarks, Mr Alshamsi emphasised the UAE’s intention to advance partnerships that serve the shared aspirations of both nations and their respective peoples, reflecting the principled approach to international relations that characterises Emirati diplomacy.
