The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation showcased diverse employment opportunities across its operations, reinforcing its commitment to developing national talent and strengthening Emiratisation across key sectors.

The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation concluded a successful exhibition presence at Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026, presenting fifteen career opportunities spanning multiple specialisations and professional levels. Held from 28th to 30th September 2026 at Za’abeel Hall 3, Dubai World Trade Centre, the event underscored the Corporation’s strategic focus on attracting and nurturing Emirati talent across its diverse business operations.

Abdulla Bin Damithan, Chairman of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, attended the Dubai Government Human Resources Department stand alongside senior executive directors, demonstrating the organisation’s institutional commitment to the recruitment initiative. The Corporation structured its vacancy offerings to accommodate candidates at various career stages, from secondary school certificate holders and recent graduates through to experienced and specialised professionals seeking advancement.

Mohamed Adel Al Jamaa, Director of Human Resources at the Corporation, emphasised that the annual exhibition participation provides a valuable national platform for identifying emerging talent and establishing direct engagement with prospective employees. The recruitment drive encompasses positions across multiple business units, including Commercial Inspection Inspector, Registration Officer, Legal Researcher, Talent Management Manager, Customer Relations Officer, Accountant, Financial Analyst, IT Graduate and Procurement Executive roles. Additional vacancies extend to Mechanical Engineer and Civil Engineer positions within the Environment, Health, Safety and Security division, alongside opportunities for recent media graduates.

The Corporation’s Emiratisation performance reflects sustained institutional dedication to developing national capability. Emirati nationals occupy 77% of all leadership positions within the organisation, demonstrating the breadth of opportunity for national talent advancement into senior decision-making roles. During 2026 to date, the Corporation welcomed twenty-one new employees, of whom ten are UAE nationals, reinforcing the ongoing emphasis on strengthening national presence across operational sectors.
