Ajman University Achieves World Top 400 Ranking in Times Higher Education 2027

Ajman University has attained a significant milestone by entering the world’s top 400 universities in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027, positioning itself within the 376–400 band among 2,297 ranked institutions globally.
This achievement places the University fifth among UAE institutions featured in the prestigious rankings, reinforcing its status as one of the nation’s foremost centres of higher learning. The recognition reflects the institution’s sustained commitment to academic excellence and its growing influence within the competitive international university landscape.
Of particular note is Ajman University’s world-leading performance in International Outlook, where it secured second place globally. This distinguished ranking assesses the proportion of international students and academic staff, alongside research collaboration involving international co-authors. The accolade demonstrates the University’s capacity to attract scholars and students from across the world whilst fostering meaningful research partnerships that bring diverse intellectual perspectives and specialised expertise into its academic community.
