An Abu Dhabi-based investment group has initiated development of a sophisticated 190-residence community in Mohammed bin Rashid City, marking a significant collaboration between two renowned hospitality and real estate entities.
ALAIN, a diversified investment group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has commenced construction on Rove Home Meydan Horizon, an ambitious residential development that represents a pioneering collaboration between the investment entity and Rove Hotels. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the commencement of a project that will introduce 190 meticulously appointed residences to Dubai’s ever-evolving residential landscape.
Situated within the distinguished Meydan Horizon district in Mohammed bin Rashid City, the development benefits from an enviable location proximate to an expansive two-kilometre lagoon. The 19-storey architectural composition will showcase residences characterised by thoughtfully conceived layouts, contemporary finishes and interiors inspired by the distinctive aesthetic philosophy of Rove Hotels, creating an environment where design sophistication meets practical living.
