Crown Prince emphasises technological advancement and regulatory excellence in judicial governance

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received the Chief Justice of ADGM Courts, underlining the strategic importance of modernising the emirate's judicial infrastructure to support its position as a global financial centre.

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has received The Right Honourable Lord Patrick Hodge, Chief Justice of ADGM Courts, during a meeting that highlighted the judiciary’s pivotal role in Abu Dhabi’s economic landscape.

ADGM Courts exercise jurisdiction over the financial free zones on Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands, overseeing civil, commercial and employment disputes that shape the commercial relationships underpinning the emirate’s thriving business environment.

During the audience, His Highness emphasised the Crown Prince’s commitment to leveraging the latest technological solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of ADGM Courts’ judicial system.
