Launched in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Olympic Committee, the Dubai Leadership Coach represents a transformative approach to professional development, extending beyond traditional programmes to reach an entire government ecosystem.
The platform embodies the visionary leadership philosophy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which emphasises ambition, decisive action, opportunity creation, human empowerment, and the transformation of challenges into catalysts for advancement. Rather than passively awaiting the future, this approach actively shapes it, a principle now made accessible to government employees navigating their daily professional challenges.
The initiative was unveiled during the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum, an esteemed annual convening that brought together 1,000 distinguished leaders from Dubai’s government and private sectors to explore the future of management, establish excellence benchmarks, and reinforce Dubai’s position as a global capital of innovation and achievement.
Unlike conventional question-and-answer systems, Dubai Leadership Coach replicates the nuanced dynamics of human coaching. The platform listens contextually, poses thoughtful questions, accommodates natural conversational interruptions, and guides employees through complex scenarios including team management, strategic decision-making, organisational challenges, and interpersonal influence. This sophisticated interaction model draws upon approximately 50,000 leadership and management texts alongside nearly 100,000 biographical accounts of prominent global figures, enabling perspective-rich guidance grounded in accumulated wisdom and historical precedent.
The coaching methodology aligns with standards established by the International Coaching Federation, one of the world’s most respected professional bodies in the field. Rather than dispensing ready-made solutions, the coach facilitates deeper understanding by challenging assumptions and enabling employees to reach their own informed conclusions with enhanced awareness and confidence.
The platform employs cutting-edge digital avatar technology, transforming approved photographs into remarkably lifelike animated figures that interact through synchronised speech, video, and facial expressions. Rigorous safeguards protect identity rights and ensure images and voices are deployed only within authorised parameters.
Development involved rigorous evaluation against more than 20 international and domestic artificial intelligence models, including systems containing up to 120 billion parameters. The adopted sovereign artificial intelligence model, operating at approximately 30 billion parameters, demonstrates exceptional capacity for understanding extended conversations and their interconnected elements. A hybrid computing architecture combining sovereign capabilities with trusted cloud infrastructure delivers swift responses capable of supporting large-scale deployment.
