EHRDC and Majid Al Futtaim forge strategic partnership to advance Emirati talent development
The Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai has signed a cooperation agreement with retail and hospitality leader Majid Al Futtaim to create meaningful career pathways and strengthen skills development for Emirati professionals.
The Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai (EHRDC) has formalised a significant partnership with Majid Al Futtaim, one of the region’s most prominent private sector organisations, to advance employment opportunities and professional development for Emirati talent. The agreement was unveiled during the Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026 exhibition, held at Dubai World Trade Centre from 28th to 30th September 2026.
This strategic collaboration represents a meaningful convergence of public and private sector expertise, designed to create robust pathways for Emiratis to access rewarding career opportunities whilst developing the skills required to meet contemporary labour market demands. The partnership underscores EHRDC’s commitment to expanding its network of collaborations with leading organisations across the emirates.

Abdulla Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of EHRDC, emphasised the partnership’s significance: “Through our partnerships with public and private sector organisations, we are creating new pathways for Emiratis to access valuable job opportunities, while investing in their skills development and equipping them to meet the evolving needs of the labour market.”
