Fujairah Digital Government explores partnership with Network International for advanced payment solutions

Senior officials from Fujairah Digital Government have met with Network International to discuss collaborative opportunities in developing innovative digital payment platforms and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance government service delivery.

Sheikh Engineer Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director-General of Fujairah Digital Government, has received a delegation from Network International to explore avenues of cooperation in advancing the emirate’s digital payment infrastructure.

The meeting focused on developing cutting-edge digital solutions that will support Fujairah’s broader digital transformation agenda. Both parties discussed the creation of a sophisticated digital payments ecosystem designed to deliver exceptional standards of efficiency and security whilst streamlining government transactions through the application of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence.

Central to the discussions was the ambition to enhance customer experience by establishing high-quality payment platforms that meet international benchmarks of reliability. The delegation emphasised how such technological innovation can accelerate the completion of government services whilst maintaining the most rigorous security protocols.

At the conclusion of the productive exchange, both sides affirmed their commitment to sustained coordination and collaborative partnership. They underscored the significance of continuous expertise-sharing and the exploration of new initiatives that will propel Fujairah’s digital transformation journey forward and elevate the quality of government services available to residents and businesses.

The Network International delegation comprised Abdullah Nasser Lootah, Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer for the Government Sector; Murat Cagri Suzer, Group Chief Executive Officer; and Najah Al Mazrouei, Senior Vice President and Head of Government Accounts. Dr. Ahmed Hassan Al Marshadi, Director-General of the Fujairah Centre for Geographic Information Systems, also attended the meeting.
