Royal Development Holding and SAAS Properties Appoint Fibrex LLC for Seamont Autograph Collection Residences
A landmark AED800 million construction contract has been awarded for the prestigious waterfront development on Al Reem Island, marking the transition into full-scale construction with completion targeted for December 2028.
Royal Development Holding, the boutique premium real estate developer and subsidiary of Emirates Stallion Group, together with SAAS Properties has selected Fibrex LLC as the principal contractor for Seamont Autograph Collection Residences. The appointment represents a significant milestone in the project’s development trajectory, enabling transition into comprehensive construction following the successful completion of enabling works.
Construction operations are scheduled to commence in October 2026, with a 27-month delivery programme culminating in December 2028. Under the AED800 million contract, Fibrex will execute the project’s main construction works, stewarding the development through its next critical phase.
Positioned on Al Reem Island, Seamont Autograph Collection Residences has been masterfully conceived as a distinctive waterfront destination. The development harmonises contemporary architectural expression with Marriott’s Autograph Collection standards, presenting thoughtfully curated residential experiences. The design draws inspiration from the site’s mangrove ecology whilst engaging with the cultural district backdrop of nearby Saadiyat Island, establishing a distinctive sense of place that reflects Abu Dhabi’s contemporary luxury residential evolution.
