Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Appoints New Chairman of Dubai Healthcare City Authority

His Highness the Ruler of Dubai has issued a decree establishing fresh leadership for the emirate's premier healthcare development zone.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, has issued Decree No. (27) of 2026, appointing Malek Sultan Al Malek as Chairman of the Dubai Healthcare City Authority.

The appointment, which takes effect immediately upon issuance, represents a significant development in the governance of Dubai’s distinguished healthcare sector. The Dubai Healthcare City Authority oversees one of the region’s most comprehensive integrated healthcare destinations, featuring world-class medical facilities, research institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises.
