Slovakia welcomes sixth edition of Emirates International Endurance Village equestrian series
Šamorín hosts prestigious three-day event featuring eight endurance races under FEI supervision, bringing together junior and international competitors
The picturesque Slovak venue of Šamorín will play host to the sixth leg of the prestigious Emirates International Endurance Village race series, commencing tomorrow with an ambitious programme of eight races spanning three days.
Held in partnership between the Emirates International Endurance Village, EIEV PULSE and the Slovak Equestrian Federation, the event operates under the careful supervision of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), ensuring the highest standards of international competition and animal welfare.
Opening day showcase
The inaugural day will see a 120-kilometre international youth and junior race drawing 21 competitive riders, establishing an encouraging platform for emerging equestrian talent on the world stage.
Main event and supporting races
The centrepiece 160-kilometre race takes place on the second day, attracting 18 experienced riders, whilst a 140-kilometre international race will feature ten competitors. This main event exemplifies the endurance discipline’s demanding nature and the exceptional horsemanship required.
The programme continues with two additional 120-kilometre international races accommodating 19 and 13 riders respectively, demonstrating the depth of international participation in this distinguished series.
Closing schedule
A 100-kilometre international race will welcome 19 competitors, complemented by a 100-kilometre youth and junior race for nine emerging riders. The three-day championship concludes with a final 100-kilometre international race featuring 18 participants.
