Ajman’s Real Estate Market Flourishes with AED1.9 Billion in September Transactions

The Emirate of Ajman has demonstrated robust property market momentum, recording over 1,100 real estate transactions valued at AED1.9 billion during September, reflecting sustained investor confidence across diverse residential and commercial developments.
Ajman’s real estate sector has reinforced its position as a dynamic investment hub, with the Emirate of Ajman recording 1,143 real estate transactions worth AED1.9 billion in September 2026, according to data released by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, highlighted the considerable vigour demonstrated across the property market, with strong trading activity reflecting sustained investor appetite for opportunities throughout the emirate.
Transaction Breakdown and Leading Sales
The month’s activity encompassed 879 sales transactions valued at AED1.44 billion, whilst Al Nakheel 2 emerged as the month’s most significant transaction, achieving a sale value of AED198 million. This commanding figure underscores the continued appeal of premium developments within Ajman’s portfolio.
Mortgage activity also demonstrated considerable strength, with 153 mortgage transactions totalling AED207 million. Al Jurf Industrial 1 recorded the highest-value mortgage transaction at AED15 million, illustrating robust financing activity within the industrial property sector.
Market Leaders and Neighbourhood Performance
Major residential and mixed-use developments continued to attract considerable investor interest. Emirates City emerged as the most actively traded major project during September, followed closely by Azha Community and Ajman One, reflecting the sustained appeal of these established communities.
Within neighbourhood-level trading, Al Helio 2 demonstrated the strongest performance, succeeded by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahya, indicating consistent demand across distinct residential areas and demonstrating the breadth of the emirate’s appeal to both purchasers and investors.
The diversified nature of transactions across multiple developments and neighbourhoods underscores Ajman’s maturing real estate landscape, characterised by varied investment opportunities spanning residential, commercial and industrial segments.
