Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum convenes top leaders in Dubai
The prestigious forum opens this month to unite government and private sector decision-makers for discourse on institutional excellence and strategic vision.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum will open on 13th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre, assembling a thousand prominent government and private sector leaders alongside esteemed global experts and academics.
Organised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, the Forum represents a significant gathering for advancing leadership practices across the Emirates. The event will facilitate the exchange of expertise and insights on contemporary management philosophies, institutional performance enhancement and forward-thinking strategic directions that underpin Dubai’s continued development.
A distinguished centrepiece of the proceedings will be the presentation of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, the Government of Dubai’s highest leadership accolade. Launched during the Forum’s previous edition under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, this honour cultivates a culture of government leadership excellence whilst empowering emerging talent to sustain institutional distinction.
The Forum’s comprehensive agenda encompasses panel discussions, specialised workshops and keynote addresses examining institutional leadership within today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape. Particular emphasis will be placed upon artificial intelligence and modern technologies as catalysts for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency, alongside examination of agile administrative frameworks capable of navigating contemporary challenges and capitalising upon emerging opportunities.
The programme features several Strategic Leadership Majlis sessions, bringing together leaders from Dubai’s diverse sectors. These exclusive forums include the Future Economy Majlis, the Future Cities Leadership Majlis and the New Global Narrative Majlis, each offering distinguished opportunities for strategic discourse amongst decision-makers shaping the Emirate’s trajectory.
